NOTICE

On the conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai at the meeting on the Prime Minister’s draft decision on the policy of re-evaluating 3 hydropower plants of Vietnam Electricity

 

On December 01, 2021, at the Government headquarter, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai presided over the meeting on the Prime Minister’s draft decision on the policy of re-evaluating 3 hydropower plants of Vietnam Electricity (EVN). Participants to the meeting include representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Government Office, the Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises, and representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and EVN. After listening to the Ministry of Finance’s report and opinions of attending agencies on determining the Prime Minister’s competence on the above issues, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai concludes as follows:

1. According to reports provided by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice, opinions from agencies attending the meeting, the competent Prime Minister shall approve the policy on re-evaluating EVN's hydropower plants and the policy on supplementing EVN's charter capital from the difference increased due to re-evaluating in accordance with law provisions.

2. The Ministry of Finance shall receive comments from attending agencies, review the draft decision approving the above policies to prescribe contents within the Prime Minister's competence in accordance with law provisions according to comments received at the meeting, complete the draft decision, initial and submit it to the Prime Minister before December 16, 2021 as prescribed.

The Government Office hereby informs involved agencies for implementation./.
