CIRCULAR
Annulling the Minister of Justice’s Circular No. 07/2015/TT- BTP of June 15, 2015, detailing, and providing measures to implement, a number of provisions of the Government’s Decree No. 113/2014/ND-CP of November 26, 2014, on the management of international legal cooperation[1]
Pursuant to the June 22, 2015 Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; and the June 18, 2020 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP of May 14, 2016, detailing a number of articles of, and providing measures to implement, the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; the Government’s Decree No. 154/2020/ND-CP of December 31, 2020, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP of May 14, 2016, detailing a number of articles of, and providing measures to implement, the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; the Government’s Decree No. 59/2024/ND-CP of May 25, 2024, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP of May 14, 2016, detailing a number of articles of, and providing measures to implement, the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, which has a number of articles amended and supplemented under the Government’s Decree No. 154/2020/ND-CP of December 31, 2020;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 98/2022/ND-CP of November 29, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 26/2024/ND-CP of March 1, 2024, on the management of international legal cooperation and judicial reform;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of International Cooperation;
The Minister of Justice promulgates the Circular annulling the Minister of Justice’s Circular No. 07/2015/TT- BTP of June 15, 2015, detailing, and providing measures to implement, a number of provisions of the Government’s Decree No. 113/2014/ND-CP of November 26, 2014, on the management of international legal cooperation.
Article 1. To annul the Minister of Justice’s Circular
To annul the Minister of Justice’s Circular No. 07/2015/TT- BTP of June 15, 2015, detailing, and providing measures to implement, a number of provisions of the Government’s Decree No. 113/2014/ND-CP of November 26, 2014, on the management of international legal cooperation.
Article 2. Implementation provisions
1. This Circular takes effect on December 30, 2024.
2. Director of the Department of International Cooperation, and heads of units under the Ministry of Justice and related agencies, organizations and individuals shall implement this Circular.-
