CIRCULAR
Promulgating the additional List of heavy, hazardous and dangerous occupations and jobs and extremely heavy, hazardous and dangerous occupations and jobs[1]
Pursuant to the June 25, 2015 Law on Occupational Safety and Health;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 62/2022/ND-CP of September 12, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
At the request of the Director of the Department of Work Safety;
The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgates the Circular promulgating the additional List of heavy, hazardous and dangerous occupations and jobs and extremely heavy, hazardous and dangerous occupations and jobs.
Article 1. To add the List of heavy, hazardous and dangerous occupations and jobs and extremely heavy, hazardous and dangerous occupations and jobs
To promulgate together with this Circular the additional List of heavy, hazardous and dangerous occupations and jobs (type-IV working conditions) and extremely heavy, hazardous and dangerous occupations and jobs (type-VI and type-V working conditions).
Article 2. Effect
1. This Circular takes effect on February 15, 2024.
2. Any problems arising in the course of implementation of this Circular should be reported to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and settlement.-
