Amending Appendices I and II to Decision No. 648/QD-TTg dated June 07, 2023, approving the overall master plan on development of the national system of airports and aerodromes for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;

Pursuant to the Law on Vietnam Civil Aviation dated June 29, 2006; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Law dated November 21, 2014;

Pursuant to the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 648/QD-TTg dated June 07, 2023, approving the overall master plan on development of the national system of airports and aerodromes for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050;

At the proposal of the Minister of Transport,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To amend Appendices I and II to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 648/QD-TTg dated June 07, 2023, approving the overall master plan on development of the national system of airports and aerodromes for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050, as follows:

- Regarding the scale and level of Bien Hoa airport in Section 15 Part II of Appendix I: To replace level 4C with level 4E.

- Regarding the scale and level of “4C” of Bien Hoa airport in Section 18 Part II of Appendix II: To replace level 4C with level 4E.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the date of its signing.

Article 3. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, and chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees shall implement this Decision./.
