Decree No.  75/2013/ND-CP dated July 15, 2013 of the Government amending the Decree No. 27/2011/ND-CP dated April 09, 2011 of the Government on supplying, development, handling, usage of passengers information before entering into the border gate of Vietnam by air traffic

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;

At the proposal of the Minister of Public Security;

The Government issues the Decree amending Article providing for the execution effect of the Government's Decree No. 27/2011/ND-CP dated April 09, 2011 on supplying, development, handling, usage of passengers information before entering into the border gate of Vietnam by air traffic,

Article 1. To amend Article 14

To amend Article 14 of the Decree No. 27/2011/ND-CP follows:

“This Decree takes effect on April 15, 2014”.

Article 2. Implementation effect

This Decree takes effect on September 01, 2013.
