Decree 56/2021/ND-CP detailing the Resolution 1024/2020/UBTVQH14 on adding medical supplies to commodities for national reserve

DECREE

Detailing the National Assembly Standing Committee’s Resolution No. 1024/2020/UBTVQH14 of October 9, 2020, on addition of the group of medical supplies and equipment to the list of commodities for
national reserve^[1]

Pursuant to the June 19, 2015 Law on Organization of the Government; and the November 22, 2019 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration;

Pursuant to the November 20, 2012 Law on National Reserves;

Pursuant to the National Assembly Standing Committee’s Resolution No. 1024/2020/UBTVQH14 of October 9, 2020, on addition of the group of medical supplies and equipment to the list of commodities for national reserve;

At the proposal of the Minister of Finance;

The Government promulgates the Decree detailing the National Assembly Standing Committee’s Resolution No. 1024/2020/UBTVQH14 of October 9, 2020, on addition of the group of medical supplies and equipment to the list of commodities for national reserve.

Article 1. The detailed list of the group of medical supplies and equipment for national reserve includes:

1. X-ray machines.

2. Ventilators.

3. Cardioverter-defibrillators.

4. Patient monitors.

5. Ultrasound machines. 

6. Suction units.

7. Electric injection pumps.

8. Surgical kits.

9. Chemical sprayers.

10. Personal protective equipment.

11. Devices for detecting chemical, biological and radioactive agents.

12. Body bags.

Article 2. The national reserves management agency

To assign the Ministry of Health to manage the commodities for national reserve specified in Article 1 of this Decree in accordance with the Law on National Reserves.

Article 3. Effect

This Decree takes effect on the date of its signing.

Article 4. Implementation responsibility

Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees, and related agencies, organizations, units and individuals shall implement this Decree.-
