Decision No. 815/QD-BNN-KH dated April 16, 2012 of the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development on buying Han – Iodine 10% antiseptic substance in national reserve in 2012

DECISION

ON BUYING HAN – IODINE 10% ANTISEPTIC SUBSTANCE IN NATIONAL RESERVE IN 2012

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURAL AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to the Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 03, 2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 196/2004/ND-CP dated December 02, 2004 of the Government promulgating the implementation of the Ordinance on National Reserve;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 2112/QD-TTg dated November 28, 2011 of the Prime Minister on assigning to the plan on economic and social development in 2012;

Pursuant to the Document No. 3757/BNN-KH dated December 12, 2011 of the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development implementing plans to buy up  Han – Iodine in 2012;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 828/QD-BTC dated April 03, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance on maximum price on buying Han – Iodine 10% antiseptic substance in national reserve in 2012;

Pursuant to the price of Han – Iodine 10% antiseptic substance in market (price of Han – Iodine 10% antiseptic substance on 27/03/2012 at the Invoice No. 000309 of the Pharmaceutical and Veterinary Material Joint Stock Company is 126.000 VND/Liter included VAT);

At the proposal of the Head of the Planning Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1.The price of Han – Iodine 10% antiseptic substance at the warehouse of the Pharmaceutical and Veterinary Material Joint Stock Company (included VAT) satisfying quality standard included in the national reserve in 2012 is 120.000 VND/liter.

Quality procedure: in accordance with the quality standard number: TW-X2-126 issued by the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development; 1.000 ml/bottle, 12 bottles/box, with full of mark, insurance stamps and in intact condition.

- Sell-buy date: 2 years;

- Preserving place: at the warehouse of the  Pharmaceutical and Veterinary Material Joint Stock Company) in Pho Noi A industrial Zone, My Hao, Hung Yen.

Article 2.This Decision takes effect on the signing date and is applied for buying Han – Iodine 10% antiseptic substance in national reserve in 2012 at the Document No. 3757/BNN-KH dated December 21, 2011 of the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development.

Article 3.Office Manager,  heads of departments, director of the Pharmaceutical and Veterinary Material Joint Stock Company and relevant agencies shall implement this Decision./.
