DECISION
ASSIGNING THE QUOTAS ON EQUITIZATION AND DIVERSIFICATION OF THE FORMS OF OWNERSHIP OF STATE ENTERPRISES (STAGE 2) IN 2000
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the overall plan for reorganization of State enterprises according to Directive No. 20/1998/CT-TTg of April 21, 1998 of the Prime Minister;
At the proposals of the Central Board for Enterprise Management Renewal and the concerned agencies, localities and units,
Pursuant to the overall plan for reorganization of State enterprises according to Directive No. 20/1998/CT-TTg of April 21, 1998 of the Prime Minister;
At the proposals of the Central Board for Enterprise Management Renewal and the concerned agencies, localities and units,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- The number of State enterprises to be equitized according to the Government’s Decree No. 44/1998/ND-CP of June 29, 1998 and have their ownership diversified according to Decree No. 103/1999/ND-CP of September 10, 1999 in the year 2000 (stage 2) is specified in the Appendix enclosed herewith.
Article 2.- The ministries, the ministerial-level agencies, the agencies attached to the Government, the People’s Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities and Corporations 91 shall base themselves on the quotas assigned in Article 1 and the competence defined in Decree No. 44/1998/ND-CP of June 29, 1998 and Decree No. 103/1999/ND-CP of September 10, 1999 to proceed with the implementation.
Article 3.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing.
The ministers, the heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the heads of the agencies attached to the Government, the presidents of the People’s Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities and the Management Boards of Corporations 91 listed in Article 1 shall have to implement this Decision.-
