DECISION

ON ADJUSTMENT OF DECISION NO. 344/2000/QD-BTS OF MAY 2, 2001 OF THE MINISTRY OF AQUATIC RESOURCES ON THE IMPORT - EXPORT MANAGEMENT OF SPECIALIZED AQUATIC GOODS IN THE 2001-2005 PERIOD

THE MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES

Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP of June 21, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;

Pursuant to Decision No. 46/2001/QD-TTg of April 4, 2001 of the Prime Minister on the "Import - export management of goods in the 2001-2005 period";

Pursuant to Decision No. 344/2001/QD-BTS of May 2, 2001 of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources on import - export management of specialized aquatic goods in the 2001-2005 period;

At the proposal of the Head of the Department of Planning and Investment,

DECIDES:

Article 1.To amend the List of drugs, chemicals and bio-preparations products for aquaculture that ordinarily imported in accordance with Decision No. 344/2001/QD-BTS of May 02, 2001 of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources on import - export management of specialized aquatic goods in the 2001-2005 period as follows:

To expel the kind of medicines which have commercial name of CL33 at the ordinal number of 12 in the List of drugs, chemicals and bio-preparations for use in aquaculture from "the List of drugs, chemicals and bio-preparations for ordinary use in aquaculture " in Appendix 5 to meet the demand of the seafood importers that not allow to use Chloramphenicol in aquaculture.

Article 2.This Decision takes effect 7 days after its signing and is an attachable part of Decision No. 344/2001/QD-BTS of May 2, 2001.
