THE PRIME MINISTER

Decision No. 631/QD-TTg dated April 29 2014 of the Prime Minister on promulgation of the list of national projects called for foreign investments by 2020

Pursuant to the Law on Government organization dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Government’s Resolution No. 103/NQ-CP dated August 29. 2013 on orientation and improvement of generation, use, and management of foreign direct investment (FDI);

At the request of the Minister of Planning and Investment.

DECIDES:

Article 1. A list of National projects in which foreign investments are called for by 2020 is enclosed with this Decision (hereinafter referred to as the List).

Article 2. The Ministry of Planning and Investment shall take charge and cooperate with other Ministries, regulatory agencies, and local authorities in formulating projects; organize the dissemination of the List; send reports to the Prime Minister on the progress of the projects in the List; propose practical amendments to the List. Budget for these tasks is provided by Annual National Investment Promotion Program.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the day on which it is signed, and supersedes the List of national projects in which foreign investments are called for during 2006 - 2014, which is enclosed with the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 1290/QĐ-TTg dated September 26, 2007.

Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial agencies, Heads of Governmental agencies, Presidents of the People’s Committees of central-affiliated cities and provinces, management boards of Economic zones and hi-tech zones are responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
