DECISION
ON RADIATION HAZARD ALLOWANCES FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES WORKING AT THE NUCLEAR PHYSICS SUB-INSTITUTE OF THE PHYSICS INSTITUTE UNDER THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR NATURAL SCIENCES AND TECHNOLOGIES
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No.25-CP of May 23, 1993 of the Government temporarily providing for a new wage system for government administrative officials and employees and members of the armed forces;
At the proposals of the Minister-Chairman of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To entitle government officials and employees, who are working regularly and directly in nuclear radiation environment at the Nuclear Physics Sub-Institute of the Physics Institute under the National Center for Natural Sciences and Technologies, to radiation hazard allowances as stipulated in Decision No.603-TTg of October 21, 1994 of the Prime Minister, at 3 levels: 10%, 20%, 30%, of their salaries.
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect as from January 1st, 1996.
Article 3.- The Ministers, the Minister-Chairman of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel, the Minister of Finance, the Director of the National Center for Natural Sciences and Technologies shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4.- The concerned Ministers, Heads of the ministerial-level agencies, Heads of the agencies attached to the Government, Presidents of the People's Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
