DECISION
On promulgating the Guidance on COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment for children
__________
THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 75/2017/ND-CP dated June 20, 2017 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to the Resolution No. 86/NQ-CP dated August 06, 2021 on urgent COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control measures to implement the Resolution No. 30/2021/QH15 dated July 28, 2021 of the 15th National Assembly;
According to the opinions of the Professional Council for formulating documents, guidelines and regulations for the COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment, established under the Minister of Health's Decision No. 4026/QD-BYT dated August 20, 2021;
At the proposal of the Director of the Medical Services Administration - the Ministry of Health.
DECIDES:
Article 1. To promulgate together with this Decision the “Guidance on COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment for children”.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the signing date.
Article 3. The Director of the Medical Services Administration; Chief of the Ministry Office, Chief Inspector of the Ministry Inspectorate, Directors and General Directors of Departments and Directorates of the Ministry of Health; Directors of hospitals or institutes with patient beds of the Ministry of Health; Directors of Health Departments of provinces and centrally-run cities; Heads of medical units of sectors shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
