DECISION

ESTABLISHING DAC LAC PROVINCES INDUSTRIAL PARKS MANAGING BOARD

To establish Dac Lac provinces Industrial Parks Managing Board, which is under the Peoples Committee of Dac Lac province, for the management of industrial parks in this province. This Managing Board shall have the legal person status, accounts and seal bearing the national emblem.

The Board shall have to perform the tasks and exercise the powers regarding the management of industrial parks as prescribed in Article 27 of the Regulation on Industrial Parks, Export-Processing Zones and Hi-Tech Parks, issued together with the Governments Decree No. 36/CP of April 24, 1997.- (Summary)
