DECISION

PROMULGATING THE GOVERNMENT'S ACTION PROGRAM ON ENFORCEMENT OF THE ANTI-CORRUPTION LAW

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;

Pursuant to the November 29, 2005 Anti-Corruption Law;

Pursuant to the Government's Resolution No. 17/2005/ND-CP of December 29, 2005;

At the proposal of the Inspector General,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To promulgate together with this Decision the Government's action program on enforcement of the Anti-Corruption Law.

Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO."

Article 3.- Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of Government-attached agencies, and presidents of provincial/municipal People's Committees shall have to implement this Decision.
