DECISION
On suspension of effect of the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2026, on traceability of food under the Ministry of Industry and Trade's management

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents No. 64/2025/QH15, amended and supplemented under Law No. 87/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 351/2026/ND-CP dated September 11, 2026, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Government’s Resolution No. 15/2026/NQ-CP dated April 06, 2026, on suspension of effect of the Government’s Decree No. 46/2026/ND-CP dated January 26, 2026, and Resolution No. 66.13/2026/NQ-CP dated January 27, 2026;
At the proposal of the Director of the Industry Agency.
DECIDES:
Article 1. To suspend the effect of the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2026, on traceability of food under the Ministry of Industry and Trade's management, until the end of September 30, 2026, until the Circular replacing Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT comes into effect.
Article 2. Implementation organization
1. This Decision takes effect from October 01, 2026, and replaces the Minister of Industry and Trade’s Decision No. 1611/QD-BCT dated July 01, 2026, on suspension of effect of the Minister of Industry and Trade’s Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2026, on traceability of food under the Ministry of Industry and Trade's management.
2. Chief of the Ministry Office, Director of the Industry Agency and heads of units under the Ministry, and relevant agencies and units shall implement this Decision./.
