DECISION
ON PROMULGATION OF “REGULATIONS ON APPLICATION OF RISK MANAGEMENT IN CUSTOMS PROCEDURES FOR COMMERCIAL IMPORT AND EXPORT GOODS”
CHIEF OF GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF CUSTOMS
Pursuant to Law on Custom dated June 29, 2001; Law on amendment of, supplemental to a number of articles of Law on Customs dated June 24, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 96/2002/ND-CP dated November 19, 2002 of the Government Providing functions, tasks, power and organizational structure of the General Department of Customs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 154/2005/ND-CP dated December 15, 2005 of the Government Detailing a number of articles of Law on Customs with respect to Customs Procedures, Customs Inspection and Customs Supervision;
Pursuant to Circular 112/2005/TT-BTC DATED December 15, 2005 of the Ministry of Finance Providing Guidelines for the Implementation of Decree No. 154/2005/N§-CP dated December 15, 2005 of the Government;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1951/QD-TCHQ dated December 19, 2005 of the Chief of General Department of Customs on Promulgation of Regulations on Customs Procedures with respect to commercial import, export goods;
Based upon recommendations of Chief of Anti-smuggle Department, Chief of Customs Information Technology and Statistics
DECIDES
Article 1: To issue “Regulations on the Application of Risk Management in Customs Procedures for Commercial Import, Export Goods.”
Article 2: This decision shall be effective as from January 1, 2006.
Article 3: Chiefs of divisions under the General Department of Customs, Chiefs of Customs Departments of Provinces and Cities shall be responsible for the implementation of this decision.
