DECISION
On announcing the abrogated administrative procedures on payment activities at single window department under the management of the State Bank of Vietnam

THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 16/2017/ND-CP dated February 17, 2017 defining the functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of the State bank of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 08, 2010 on controlling administrative procedures;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 48/2013/ND-CP dated May 14, 2013 and the Decree No. 92/2017/ND-CP dated October 31, 2017 on amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Decrees related to controlling administrative procedures;
Pursuant to the Circular No. 02/2017/TT-VPCP dated October 31, 2017 of the Government Office on profession of controlling administrative procedures;
Pursuant to the Circular No. 37/2016/TT-NHNN dated December 30, 2016 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam management, operation and use of the National Interbank Electronic Payment System
Pursuant to the Circular No 21/2018/TT-NHNN dated August 31, 2018 of the Governor of the STATE BANK OF VIETNAM on amending and supplementing a number of the Circular No. 37/2016/TT-NHNN dated December 30, 2016 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam management, operation and use of the National Interbank Electronic Payment System;
At the proposal of the Director General of Information Technology Department and Chief Office of the State bank of Vietnam.
DECIDE:
Article 1. To announce the abrogated administrative procedures on payment activities under the management of the State bank of Vietnam.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect on November 01, 2019.
Article 3. Chief of Office, the Director General of Information Technology Department and Heads of relevant units are responsible to implement this Decision./.
