DECISION
On supplementation of the List of border gates applying customs declarations used for incoming/outgoing passengers[1]
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 87/2017/ND-CP of July 26, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 120/2015/TT-BTC of August 14, 2015, providing forms, printing, issuance, management and use of customs declarations used for incoming/outgoing passengers (below referred to as Circular No. 120/2015/TT-BTC); and the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 52/2017/TT-BTC of May 19, 2017, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 120/2015/TT-BTC (below referred to as Circular No. 52/2017/TT-BTC);
At the proposal of the General Director of Customs,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To add a border gate that applies customs declarations used for incoming/outgoing passengers, made according to the form provided in Appendix 1 to Circular No. 120/2015/TT-BTC, which was amended and supplemented under Circular No. 52/2017/TT-BTC of May 19, 2017, specifically as follows:

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the date of its signing.
Article 3. The General Director of Customs, Chief of the Office and heads of units of the Ministry of Finance, and related agencies, organizations and individuals shall implement this Decision.-
