Decision No. 1848/QD-TCHQ dated September 23, 2011 of the General Department of Customs terminating the operation of bonded warehouses

Pursuant to the Law on Customs dated June 29, 2011 and the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Customs;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 02/2010/QD-TTg dated January 15, 2010 of the Prime Minister defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the General Department of Customs under the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 154/2005/ND-CP dated December 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of Articles of the Customs Law regarding customs procedures, inspection and supervision;

Pursuant to the Circular No. 194/2010/TT-BTC dated December 6, 2010 of the Ministry of Finance guiding customs procedures; customs inspection and supervision; import duty, export duty and tax administration applicable to imports and exports;

At the proposal of Dak Lak Customs Department at the Official Dispatch No. 590/HQDL-NV dated September 13, 2011 terminating the operation of bonded warehouses;

At the proposal of the Director of the Supervision and Management Department on customs,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To terminate the operation of the bonded warehouse of Tay Nguyen Coffee Import and Export Investment Joint Stock Company at the Hoa Phu Industrial Zone – Buon Ma Thuot city – Dak Lak, established by the General Department of Customs in accordance with the Decision No. 226/QD-TCHQ dated February 14, 2011.

Reason: Within 06 months from the establishment date, the enterprise fails to put the bonded warehouse into operation.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the signing date.

Article 3. Directors of Tay Nguyen Coffee Import and Export Investment Joint Stock Company, the Director of Dak Lak Customs Department and the Director of the Supervision and Management Department on customs shall implement this Decision./.
