DECISION

PROMULGATING THE LIST OF POST SERVICES, TELECOMMUNI-CATIONS NETWORKS AND SERVICES SUBJECT TO QUALITY CONTROL

THE MINISTER OF POST AND TELEMATICS

Pursuant to the May 25, 2002 Ordinance on Post and Telecommunications;
Pursuant to the Government s Decree No.90/2002/ND-CP of November 11, 2002 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Post and Telematics;
At the proposal of the director of the Science-Technology Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1.-To promulgate "the list of post services, telecommunications networks and services subject to quality control," including:

- The telephone services on public telephony network;

- The telephone services on public land mobile networks;

- Internet services.

Article 2.-This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. It replaces Decision No.144/2001/QD-TCBD, issued on February 28, 2001 by the General Director of Post and Telecommunications.

Article 3.-The director of the Ministry s Office, the chief inspector, the directors of Departments, the director of the Department for Post, Telecommunication and Information Technology Quality Control; the heads of the units under the Ministry of Post and Telematics; the post and telecommunications enterprises as well as post and telecommunications agents shall have to implement this Decision.
