THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents No. 64/2025/QH15, amended and supplemented under Law No. 87/2025/QH15;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 40/2025/ND-CP dated February 26, 2025, defining the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, amended and supplemented under Decree No. 109/2025/ND-CP and Decree No. 193/2025/ND-CP;

Pursuant to the Government’s Resolution No. 15/2026/NQ-CP dated April 06, 2026, on suspension of effect of the Government’s Decree No. 46/2026/ND-CP dated January 26, 2026, and Resolution No. 66.13/2026/NQ-CP dated January 27, 2026;

At the proposal of the Director of the Industry Agency;

HEREBY DECIDES:

Article 1. To suspend the effect, and adjust the application period of the Minister of Industry and Trade’s Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2026, on traceability of food under the Ministry of Industry and Trade's management, until the end of September 30, 2026.

Article 2. To assign the Industry Agency to study and formulate a Circular to replace Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT in accordance with the fast-track procedures prescribed by the law on promulgation of legal documents, and report to the Ministry's leadership for consideration and decision in the third quarter of 2026.

Article 3. Implementation organization

1. This Decision takes effect from July 01, 2026, and replaces the Minister of Industry and Trade’s Decision No. 906/QD-BCT dated April 15, 2026, on suspension of effect of the Minister of Industry and Trade’s Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2026, on traceability of food under the Ministry of Industry and Trade's management.

2. The Chief of the Ministry Office, the Director of the Industry Agency, heads of units under the Ministry, and relevant agencies and organizations shall implement this Decision./.
