DECISION
AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING DECISION No.113/1998/QD-TTg OF JULY 6, 1998 OF THE PRIME MINISTER
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the functions and tasks of the airport authorities,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To amend the clause concerning the managerial posts in Article 4 of Decision No.113/1998/QD-TTg of July 6, 1998 of the Prime Minister on transforming the Northern, Middle and Southern airport and airfield authorities into State public-utility enterprises, as follows:
- The General Directors of the regional airport authorities shall be appointed and dismissed by the Prime Minister;
- The Deputy General Directors and chief accountants of such regional airport authorities shall be appointed and dismissed by the Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam, after consulting the Minister-Head of the Government Commission for Organization and Personnel.
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect after its signing.
Article 3.-The ministers, the heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the heads of the agencies attached to the Government, the presidents of the People’s Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities and the Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam shall have to implement this Decision.
