Decision No. 1585/QD-BNN-TC dated July 14, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on adjusting and transferring state budget estimation in 2011

MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to the Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 03, 2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 113/QD-BNN-TC dated January 24, 2011 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on transferring state budget estimation in 2011 for the Ministry Office (term 1)

Pursuant to the Decision No. 381/QD-BNN-TC dated March 07, 2011 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development approving cost estimation for science and technology career in 2011 only by the Ministry Office;

At the proposal of the Science, Technology and Environment Department at the Official Dispatch NO. 335/KHCN-KH dated June 97, 2011 on adjusting the capital on the implementation of science and technology tasks in 2011;

At the proposal of the Manager of Finance Department;

DECIDES:

Article 1. Adjusting and transferring state budget estimation in 2011 for units: the Ministry Office and Research Institute for Aquaculture No.III

(Details in attached sheet)

Article 2. Basing on adjusted budget expense estimation in 2011, heads of units will implement in accordance with regulations in Law on State budget and current guidance documents.

Article 3. Office Manager, Manager of the Finance Department, Manager of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, Director of the Research Institute for Aquaculture No.III shall implement this  Decision./.
