THE PRIME MINISTER

Decision No. 1343/QD-TTg dated August 05, 2011 of  the Prime Minister amending, supplementing the Decision No. 1101/QD-TTg dated July 23, 2009 of the Prime Minister on non-business organizations directly under the Ministry of Science and Technology

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 03, 2007 of the Government defining the functions, tasks and organizational structures of Ministries and Ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 28/2008/ND-CP dated March 14, 2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;

At the proposal of the Ministry of Science and Technology,

DECIDES:
Article 1. To amend, supplement Article 1, Decision No. 1101/QD-TTg dated July 23, 2009 of the Prime Minister on non-business organizations directly under the Ministry of Science and Technology as follows:

“Article 1. Non-business organizations directly under the Ministry of Science and Technology:

1. The Technology Application Institute.

2. The Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute.

3. The Science and Intellectual Property Institute.

4. The Scientific Evaluation and Technological Appraisal Institute (changed from Support Center of Scientific and Technological Evaluation).

5. The Board of Local Science and Technology.

6. The Center of Regional Research and Development.

7. The Research and Development Center of Scientific and Technological Communications.

8. Tia Sang magazine.

9. The Quality Verification Office.

10. The Registration Office of Scientific and Technological Activities.

11. The National Technological Innovation Fund.”

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the sighing date.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, head of government-attached agencies, Presidents of provincial/municipal People’s Committees shall implement this Decision./.
