Decision No. 1325/QD-NHNN dated November 28, 2002 of the State Bank approving the charter on organization and operation of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of Vietnam

DECISION

APPROVING THE CHARTER ON ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF THE INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BANK OF VIETNAM

THE STATE BANK GOVERNOR

Pursuant to Vietnam State Bank Law No.01/1997/QH10 and Credit Institution Law No. 02/1997/QH10 of December 12, 1997;

Pursuant to the Governments Decree No.15/CP of March 2, 1993 on the tasks, powers and State management responsibilities of the ministries and the ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to the Governments Decree No.49/2000/ND-CP of September 12, 2000 on organization and operation of the commercial banks;

At the proposal of the chairman of the Managing Board of Industrial and Commercial Bank of Vietnam and the director of the Department for Banks and Non-Bank Credit Institutions,

DECIDES:

Article 1.-To approve the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of Vietnam, issued together with Decision No.135/QD-HDQT-NHCT1 of November 18, 2002 of the chairman of the Managing Board of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of Vietnam, enclosed herewith.

Article 2.-This Decision takes implementation effect after its signing and replaces Decision No.327/QD-NH5 of October 4, 1997 of the State Bank Governor, approving the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of Vietnam.

Article 3.-The director of the Office, the director of the Department for Banks and Non-Bank Credit Institutions, the heads of the concerned units, the directors of the provincial/municipal branches, of the State Bank, the chairman of the Managing Board and the general director of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of Vietnam shall have to implement this Decision.
