THE PRIME MINISTER
Decision No. 1320/QD-TTg dated August 03, 2011 of the Prime Minister on supplying cotton seeds in national reserves to support localities
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 200;
At the proposal of Ministry of Industry and Trade at the Document No. 5670/BCT-CNN dated June 24, 2011, opinions of Ministry of Planning and Investment at the Document No. 4468/BKHDT-KTDV dated July 08, 2011, of Ministry of Finance at the Document No. 9760/BTC-TCDT dated July 25, 2011,
DECIDES:
Article 1. The Ministry of Industry and Trade supplies (for free) 30 tons of cotton seeds in national reserves for provinces: Dak Nong, Dak Lak, Phu Yen, Binh Thuan, Gia Lai, Ninh Thuan to support farmers to plant cotton in the 2011 – 2012 year crop in accordance with proposal of the Ministry at above Document.
Supply, management and usage above cotton seeds will be implemented in accordance with current regulations.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the signing date.
Article 3. Minister of Industry and Trade, Minister of Finance, Minister of Planning and Investment and Presidents of People’s Committees listed in the Article 1 shall implement this Decision./.
