Decision No. 1280/QD-TTg dated July 28, 2011 of the Prime Minister promulgating supplies of vaccine and antiseptic chemicals in type of national reserve to support Quang Ngai

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December December 25, 2001;

At the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development at the Official Dispatch No. 1953/BNN-TY dated July 07, 2011, opinions of the Ministry of  Planning and Investment at the Official Dispatch No. 4765/BKHDT-KTDV dated July 21, 2011, the Ministry of Finance at the Official Dispatch No. 9762/BTC-TCDT dated July 25, 2011,

DECIDES:

Article 1. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development supplies (for free) 50.000 dose of three-price LMPM vaccine; 50.000 doses of LMLM vaccine in type O; 15.000 liters of Benkocid antiseptic chemical in type of national reserve to support Quang Ngai in disease protection and resistance.

Supplies, management and usage of above vaccine and antiseptic chemicals are in accordance with current regulations.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the signing date.

Article 3. Ministers of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, and the President of Quang Ngai People’s Committee shall implement this Decision./.
