Decision No. 125/2001/QD-TTg dated August 22, 2001 of the Prime Minister on adjusting the list of geographical areas subject to investment encouragement in Tay Ninh province

DECISION

ON ADJUSTING THE LIST OF GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS SUBJECT TO INVESTMENT ENCOURAGEMENT IN TAY NINH PROVINCE

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;

Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2000/ND-CP of July 31, 2000 of the Prime Minister detailing the implementation of the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam;

At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment,

DECIDES:

Article 1.To adjust the List of Geographical Areas Subject to Investment Encouragement issued together with Decree No. 24/2000/ND-CP of July 31, 2000 of the government detailing the implementation of the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam as follows:

- To shift all districts of the Tay Ninh province from Section B (Geographical areas facing difficult socio-economic conditions) to Section A (Geographical areas facing special difficult socio-economic conditions);

- To add the Tay Ninh town to Section B (Geographical areas facing difficult socio-economic conditions).

Article 2.This Decision takes effect 15 days after the date of its signing.

The Ministers, the Heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the Heads of the agencies attached to the Government and the President of the People’s Committee of the Tay Ninh province shall have to implement this Decision.
