Decision No. 1172/QD-TTg dated July 18, 2011 of the Prime Minister supplementing members of Central Steering Committee on major petroleum and oil projects

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 12, 2001;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 1071/QD-TTg dated September 26, 2003 of the Prime Minister on establishing the Central Steering Committee on major petroleum and oil projects;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 583/QD-TTg dated May 05, 2010 of the Prime Minister adjusting and supplementing the Decision No. 1071/QD-TTg;

Pursuant to the Conclusion of the Central Steering Committee’s meeting on major petroleum and oil projects 5 at the Conclusion Notice No. 314/TB-VPCP dated December 13, 2010;

At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To supplement 01 leader of People’s Committee of Thanh Hoa province and 01 leader of People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province to be members of major petroleum and oil projects. Office of Central Steering Committee on major petroleum and oil projects shall implement list of the Central Steering Committee’s members appointed by provinces.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the signing date.

Ministers of: Industry and Trade, Planning and Investment. Finance, Natural Resources and Environment, Construction, Transport, President of Member Council, General Director of PetroVietnam and heads of relevant agencies shall implement this Decision./.
