DECISION
ADJUSTING THE PURCHASE PRICES OF CARS IN SERVICE OF WORKING REQUIREMENTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND NON-BUSINESS AGENCIES AND STATE ENTERPRISES, PROMULGATED TOGETHER WITH THE PRIME MINISTER'S DECISION NO. 122/1999/QD-TTG OF MAY 10, 1999
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 122/1999/QD-TTg of May 10, 1999 promulgating the Regulation on criteria and norms for use of cars in administrative and non-business agencies and State enterprises;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 208/1999/QD-TTg of October 26, 1999 amending and supplementing the Regulation on criteria and norms for use of cars in administrative and non-business agencies and State enterprises, promulgated together with the Prime Minister's Decision No. 122/1999/QD-TTg of May 10, 1999;
At the proposal of the Minister of Finance,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To adjust the purchase prices of new home-assembled cars in service of working requirements of administrative and non-business agencies and State enterprises prescribed in Articles 6, 7, 10, 12 and 15 of the Regulation on criteria and norms for use of cars in administrative and non-business agencies and State enterprises, promulgated together with the Prime Minister's Decision No. 122/1999/QD-TTg of May 10, 1999, as follows:
a/ To adjust the maximum purchase price of new cars in service of working requirements of holders of the titles prescribed in Clause 1 of Article 6 from VND 600 million/car to VND 900 million/car. The purchase price of new cars in service of working requirements of the remaining titles prescribed in Article 6 shall be adjusted from VND 600 million/car to VND 800 million/car.
