DECISION

PUBLICIZING ROADMAPS FOR GOODS TRADING AND DIRECTLY RELATED ACTIVITIES

THE MINISTER OF TRADE

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 29/2004/ND-CP of January 16, 2004, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;

Pursuant to the National Assembly's Resolution No. 76/2006/QH11 of November 29, 2006, ratifying the Protocol on Vietnam's Accession to the World Trade Organization;

At the proposal of the director of the Planning and Investment Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To publicize roadmaps for goods trading and directly related activities according to the commitments in treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a contracting party as follows:

a/ Forms of investment in and roadmaps for goods trading and directly related activities (see Appendix No. 01 to this Decision for details).

b/ Lists of goods and roadmaps for the exercise of the right to export (see Appendix No. 02 to this Decision for details).

c/ Lists of goods and roadmaps for the exercise of the right to import (see Appendix No. 03 to this Decision for details).

d/ Lists of goods and roadmaps for the exercise of the right to distribute (see Appendix No. 04 to this Decision for details).

Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO."
