RE: ISSUANCE OF THE LIST OF CONSUMER PRODUCTS FOR DETERMINATION OF IMPORT DUTY PAYMENT SCHEDULE
MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to Decree 29/2004/ND-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government detailing functions, tasks, powers, and organization of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to Decree 149/2005/ND-CP dated December 8, 2005 of the Government detailing implementation of Law on Export – Import Duty 045/2005/QH11 dated June 14, 2005;
DECIDES:
Article 1.The List of Consumer Products for determination of import duty payment schedule is attached to this Decision.
Article 2.This Decision will come into effect in 15 days after it is publicized on the Gazette and replace Decision 0404/2004/Qd-BTM dated April 1, 2004 and the Decision providing modifications and supplements to Decision 1341/2004/QD-BTM dated September 21, 2004 by the Ministry of Trade.
