DECISION
ON THE ISSUANCE OF REGULATIONS ON FINE ART EXHIBITION AND GALLERY ACTIVITIES
THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to Decree 81/CP dated on 8 November 1993 by the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam defining the functions, obligations, power, and organization of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
On the proposal of the Head of the Department of Fine Arts,
DECIDES
Article 1. To issue the "Regulations on Fine Art Exhibition and Gallery Activities."
Article 2. This Decision shall come into effect within 15 days after the signing date. The Regulations on fine art exhibition (paintings and statues) at home and abroad issued attached to Decision 580/QD-MT dated on 11 May 1992 by the Minister of Culture, Information and Sports and the documents of the Department of Fine Arts instructing the implementation of Decision 580/QD-MT shall become invalid after the day this Decision comes into effect.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministerial Office, the Department of Fine Arts, the Directors of the Services of Culture and Information and the relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible to implement this Decision.
