RESOLUTION

Proposing the policy for adjustment of the Land-Use Master Plan for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the June 19, 2015 Law on Organization of the Government; and the November 22, 2019 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration;

Pursuant to the November 24, 2017 Planning Law;

Pursuant to the January 18, 2024 Land Law;

Pursuant to the National Assembly’s Resolution No. 39/2021/QH15 of November 13, 2021, on the National Land-Use Master Plan for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050, and the 5-year National Land-Use Plan (2021-2025);

At the proposal of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment at Document No. 77/TTr-BTNMT of August 19, 2024, and Report No. 228/BC-BTNMT of September 20, 2024, proposing the policy for adjustment of the Land-Use Master Plan for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050.

RESOLVES:

Article 1. The Government agrees to approve the submission to the National Assembly for decision the policy on adjustment of the National Land-Use Master Plan for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050 as proposed by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in Document No. 77/TTr-BTNMT of August 19, 2024, and Report No. 228/BC-BTNMT of September 20, 2024, on the proposal for policy for adjustment of the Land-Use Master Plan for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050, and enclosed required documents.

Article 2. To assign the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment to, as authorized by the Prime Minister and on behalf of the Government, sign the Government’s Document reporting to the National Assembly Standing Committee on the proposal of supplementation of the contents of the decision on the policy for adjustment of the Land-Use Master Plan for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050 for submission to the 15^th National Assembly for decision at its eight session (October 2024).

Article 3. The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies and related agencies shall implement this Resolution.-
