CIRCULAR
ON PROMULGATING THE PRICE BRACKET OF CLEAN WATER
Pursuant to the Government s Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP on November 27, 2008 on defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance.
Pursuant to the Government s Decree No. 170/2003/ND-CP on December 25, 2003 on detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Ordinance on Prices; the Government s Decree No. 75/2008/ND-CP on June 09, 2008 on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decree No. 170/2003/ND-CP.
Pursuant to the Government s Decree No. 117/2007/ND-CP on July 11, 2007 on the clean water production, consumption and supply; the Government s Decree No. 124/2011/ND-CP on December 28, 2011 on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government s Decree No. 117/2007/ND-CP on July 11, 2007 on the clean water production, consumption and supply.
At the proposal of the Director of the Price management Department.
The Ministry of Finance promulgate the consumption price bracket of domestic clean water as follows:
Article 1.Promulgating together with this Circular the consumption price bracket of domestic clean water
Article 2.Basing on the Joint Circular No. 75/2012/TTLT-BTC-BXD-BNN on May 15, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development on guiding the principles and methods for determining the authority to fix the consumption prices of clean water at urban areas, industrial zones and rural areas, the People’s Committees of central-affiliated cities and provinces shall determine the specific consumption prices of domestic clean water consistently with Article 1 of this Circular.
Article 3.This Circular takes effect on July 11, 2012 and supersedes the Ministry of Finance’s Circular No. 100/2009/TT-BTC on promulgating the consumption price bracket of domestic clean water.
