Circular No. 48/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated July 05, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issuing the National Technical Regulations on assaying plant varieties

Pursuant to the Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 03, 2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending article 3 of the Government’s Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008;

Pursuant to the Law No. 68/2006/QH11 dated July 12, 2006 of the National Assembly on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to Ordinance No. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated April 05, 2004 of the Standing Committee of National Assembly on plant varieties;

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issues the National Technical Regulations on assaying the value of cultivation and use of a plant variety:

Article 1. To issue attached with this Circular 10 National Technical Regulations:

1. National Technical Regulations on assaying the value of cultivation and use of a rice variety.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect after 6 months from the issuing date.

Article 3. Manager of Planting Department, Heads of relevant agencies, organizations and individuals shall implement this Circular.

On the implementation process, agencies, organizations and individuals shall timely report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to research, amend and supplement for any arising question./.
