CIRCULAR
PROMULGATION OF NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON NATURAL WATER AND BOTTLED DRINKING WATER ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006 and the Decree No.127/2007/ND-CP dated August 01, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of Articles of the Law on Standards and technical regulations;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Hygiene and Food Safety dated August 07, 2003 and the Decree No.163/2004/ND-CP dated September 07, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of Articles of the Ordinance on Hygiene and Food Safety;
Pursuant to Decree No.188/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the request of the Director of Vietnam Food Administration, Director of Department of Science and Training, Director of the Legal Affairs Department,
PROVIDES:
Article 1.To issue together with this Circular:
QCVN 6-1:2010/BYT National technical Regulation for natural mineral water and bottled drinking water.
Article 2.This Circular takes effect from January 01, 2011.
Article 3.Director of Vietnam Food Administration, heads of the units of the Ministry of Health, the units under the Ministry of Health; Directors of Health Departments of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government and other related organizations, individuals shall implement this Circular. /.
