Circular 11/2021/TT-BNNPTNT lists of imported and exported goods subject to specialized inspection in the field of agriculture and rural development

Table of HS codes for the list of terrestrial animals and animal products subject to quarantine

On September 20, 2021, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issues the Circular No. 11/2021/TT-BNNPTNT promulgating tables of HS codes for lists of goods under the state management by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and lists of imported and exported goods subject to specialized inspection in the field of agriculture and rural development.

The Circular provides 26 Tables of HS codes for lists of goods under the state management by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, including: Table of HS codes for the list of terrestrial animals and animal products subject to quarantine; Table of HS codes for the list of other animals in livestock production; Table of HS codes for the list of animal breeds banned from export; Table of HS codes for the list of animal breeds in need of conservation; Table of HS codes for the list of aquatic animals and animal products subject to quarantine; Table of HS codes for the list of aquatic species permitted for production and trading in Vietnam; Table of HS codes for the list of aquatic species subject to conditional export, etc.

Besides, the Circular also provides Table of HS codes for the list of imported goods subject to specialized inspection before customs clearance under the state management by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, including 1,639 commodity codes; and Table of HS codes for the list of imported goods subject to specialized inspection after customs clearance under the state management by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, including 3 commodity codes.

This Circular takes effect on November 6, 2021.
