THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH

Pursuant to the Law on Bidding No. 43/2013/QH13 dated November 26, 2013;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 63/2014/NĐ-CP dated June 26, 2014 on guidelines for some Articles of the Law on Bidding on contractor selection;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 63/2012/NĐ-CP dated August 31, 2012 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

At the request of the Director of the Drug administration of Vietnam;

The Minister of Health promulgates a Circular which contains the List of drugs for procurement through bidding, List of drugs for concentrated procurement, List of drugs for procurement through price negotiation,

Article 1. Lists of drugs promulgated together with this Circular:

1. List of drugs for procurement through bidding in Appendix I.

2. List of drugs for national-level concentrated procurement in Appendix II.

3. List of drugs for local-level concentrated procurement in Appendix III.

4. List of drugs for procurement through price negotiation in appendix IV.

Article 2. Rules and criteria for compiling the Lists

The Lists mentioned in Article 1 of this Circular are compiled according to the rules and criteria specified in Appendix V enclosed herewith.

Article 3. Implementation organization

The Director of the Drug administration of Vietnam shall propose updates to the Lists according to the reality and ensure timely supply of drugs serving prevention and treatment of diseases at health facilities.

Article 4. Implementation effect

This Circular takes effect on July 01, 2016.

Any difficulties arising in the course of implementation of this Circular shall be reported to the Ministry of Health (Drug Administration of Vietnam) for consideration./.
