CIRCULAR
GUIDING THE MANAGEMENT AND USE OF INVOICES FOR PURCHASE AND/OR SALE OF NATIONAL RESERVE GOODS
For strict observance of the Value Added Tax Laws provisions and the stipulations on the organizational structure and operation of the national reserves management system, the Ministry of Finance guides the management and use of invoices for purchase and/or sale of the national reserve goods by agencies and units of the national reserves management system as specified in the Regulation on management of the national reserves issued together with Decree No.10-CP of February 24, 1996 of the Government.- (Summary)
