Decision 826/QD-TTg 2024 amend Decision 90/QD-TTg National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction for 2021-2025

DECISION

Amending Point b, Clause 1, Section IV of the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the 2021-2025 period, promulgated together with the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 90/QD-TTg of January 18, 2022

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the June 19, 2015 Law on Organization of the Government; and the November 22, 2019 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration;

Pursuant to the June 13, 2019 Law on Public Investment;

Pursuant to the June 25, 2015 Law on the State Budget;

Pursuant to the National Assembly’s Resolution No. 24/2021/QH15 of July 28, 2021, approving the investment policy for the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the 2021-2025 period;

Pursuant to the National Assembly’s Resolution No. 108/2023/QH15 of November 29, 2023, on thematic oversight of the implementation of the National Assembly’s Resolutions on National Target Programs on New-Style Countryside Building for the 2021-2025 Period, Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the 2021-2025 Period, and Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2030 Period;

At the proposal of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs in Report No.47/TTr-BLDTBXH of August 1, 2024,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To amend Point b, Clause 1, Section IV of the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the 2021-2025 period, promulgated together with the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 90/QD-TTg of January 18, 2022, as follows:

“b/ Local budget funds: VND 12,960 billion (development investment capital: VND 2,700 billion; and non-business capital: VND 9,990 billion)”.

Article 2. Organization of implementation

1. The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with related ministries and agencies in, monitoring, inspecting and supervising the allocation of counterpart funds from local budgets for implementation of the Program according to regulations and be held responsible for the content, information, data and documents submitted for amending the Decision.

2. Provincial-level People’s Committees shall be held responsible before law and the Prime Minister for the allocation of capital and the structure of local budget funds for implementation of the Program according to regulations.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect on the date of its signing.

Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees, and heads of related organizations and agencies shall implement this Decision.-
