Circular 33/2025/TT-BCT amend Circular 01/2018/TT-BCT goods traded or transferred via secondary border gates and border crossings by traders

 CIRCULAR

Amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Industry and Trade’ Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BCT of February 27, 2018, providing detailed regulations on goods traded or exchanged by traders via secondary border gates and border crossings^[1]

Pursuant to the June 12, 2017 Law on Foreign Trade Management;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 40/2025/ND-CP of February 26, 2025, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 14/2018/ND-CP of January 23, 2018, providing detailed regulations on border trade activities (below referred to as Decree No. 14/2018/ND-CP);

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 122/2024/ND-CP of October 4, 2024, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 14/2018/ND-CP;

At the proposal of the Director General of the Agency of Foreign Trade,

The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates the Circular amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Industry and Trade’ Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BCT of February 27, 2018, providing detailed regulations on goods traded or exchange by traders via secondary border gates and border crossings.

Article 1. To annul Point c, Clause 2, Article 3 of, and replace Appendix I to, the Minister of Industry and Trade’s Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BCT of February 27, 2018, providing detailed regulations on border goods traded or exchanged by traders via secondary border gates and border crossings (below referred to as Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BCT).

1. To annul Point c, Clause 2, Article 3 of Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BCT.

2. To replace Appendix I to Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BCT with the Appendix to this Circular.

Article 2. Implementation provision

This Circular takes effect on July 21, 2025.
