RESOLUTION
On adjustments to the law- and ordinance-making programs

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Law No. 57/2014/QH13 on Organization of the National Assembly, which had a number of articles amended and supplemented under Law No. 65/2020/QH14;
Pursuant to Law No. 80/2015/QH13 on Promulgation of Legal Documents, which had a number of articles amended and supplemented under Law No. 63/2020/QH14;
Considering the Government’s Report No. 577/TTr-CP of September 30, 2024, and Report No. 689/TTr-CP of October 20, 2024; and the Law Committee’s Verification Report No. 3403/BC-UBPL15 of October 25, 2024;
RESOLVES:
Article 1. Adjustments to the law- and ordinance-making programs
1. To add the National Assembly’s draft Resolution on pilot implementation of commercial housing projects through agreements on acquisition of land use rights or commercial housing projects with current land use rights to the 2024 law- and ordinance-making program for submission to the National Assembly for opinion and passage at the 8th session (October 2024).
2. To add the draft Law on States of Emergencies and draft Law on Science, Technology and Innovation to the 2025 law- and ordinance-making program for submission to the National Assembly for opinion at the 9th session (May 2025) and passage at the 10th session (October 2025).
Article 2. Organization of implementation
To assign submitting agencies, agencies in charge of verification, agencies participating in verification, and schedule for submission to the National Assembly Standing Committee for opinion draft laws and resolutions that are added to the 2024 and 2025 law- and ordinance-making programs as follows:

Article 3. Effect
This Resolution takes effect on the date of its adoption.-
This Resolution was adopted on October 28, 2024, by the 15th National Assembly Standing Committee of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.-
