RESOLUTION

On modification of the 2023 law- and ordinance-making program^[1]

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE

Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Law No. 57/2014/QH13 on Organization of the National Assembly which had a number of articles amended and supplemented under Law No. 65/2020/QH14;

Pursuant to Law No. 80/2015/QH13 on Promulgation of Legal Documents which had a number of articles amended and supplemented under Law No. 63/2020/QH14;

RESOLVES:

Article 1. Modification of the 2023 law- and ordinance-making program

To add the National Assembly’s draft resolution on pilot implementation of a number of special mechanisms and policies on investment in construction of road works in the 2023 law- and ordinance-making program for submission to the National Assembly for opinion and passage at its 6^th session (October 2023) according to the law-making process at National Assembly sessions.

Article 2. Assignment of agencies submitting, agencies in charge of verification and agencies participating in verification of, the draft resolution

To assign the Government to submit; the National Assembly’s Economic Committee to assume the prime responsibility for verifying; the Ethnic Council and other Committees of the National Assembly to participate in verifying the National Assembly’s draft resolution on pilot implementation of a number of special mechanisms and policies on investment in construction of road works.

Article 3. Effect

This Resolution takes effect on the date of its adoption.

This Resolution was adopted on October 16, 2023, by the Standing Committee of the 15^th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 27^th session.-
