DECISION

On annulling in whole the Prime Minister's Decision No. 78/2010/QD-TTg dated November 30, 2010, on the level of value of imports sent via the express delivery service which are exempt from duty and tax

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;

Pursuant to the Law on Import Duty and Export Duty dated April 06, 2016;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 134/2016/ND-CP dated September 1, 2016, detailing a number of articles of, and measures to implement, the Law on Import Duty and Export Duty, and the Government’s Decree No. 18/2021/ND-CP dated March 11, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government's Decree No. 134/2016/ND-CP dated September 1, 2016, detailing a number of articles of, and measures to implement, the Law on Import Duty and Export Duty;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 174/2024/QH15 dated November 30, 2024, on the 8^th session of the XV^th National Assembly;

At the proposal of the Minister of Finance;

The Prime Minister hereby promulgates the Decision on annulling in whole the Prime Minister's Decision No. 78/2010/QD-TTg dated November 30, 2010, on the level of value of imports sent via the express delivery service which are exempt from duty and tax.

Article 1. Annulment of the Decision in whole

To annul in whole the Prime Minister's Decision No. 78/2010/QD-TTg dated November 30, 2010, on the level of value of imports sent via the express delivery service which are exempt from duty and tax.

Article 2. Effect

1. This Decision takes effect on February 18, 2025.

2. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities and concerned units shall implement this Decision./.
