Promulgation of the credit information criteria system

THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam dated June 16, 2010;

Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions dated January 18, 2024;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 102/2022/ND-CP dated December 12, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Circular No. 15/2023/TT-NHNN dated December 5, 2023, of the State Bank of Vietnam, providing on credit information operation of the State Bank of Vietnam;

At the proposal of the General Director of the National Credit Information Center of Vietnam;

DECIDES:

Article 1. To promulgated together with Decision the credit information criteria system of the State Bank of Vietnam, and instructions for reporting credit information criteria.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the date of its signing.

Article 3. The General Director of the National Credit Information Center of Vietnam, heads of units under the State Bank of Vietnam, credit institutions, foreign bank branches, and Vietnam Asset Management Company shall implement this Decision./.
