CIRCULAR

Partially repealing regulations of the Minister of Home Affairs’ Circular No. 04/2020/TT-BNV dated October 13, 2020, detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 93/2019/ND-CP of November 25, 2019, on the organization and operation of social funds and charity funds

Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents dated June 22, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents dated June 18, 2020;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 93/2019/ND-CP dated November 25, 2019, on the organization and operation of social funds and charity funds;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 63/2022/ND-CP dated September 12, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016, detailing a number of articles of, and providing measures for implementing, the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 154/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP of May 14, 2016, detailing a number of articles of, and providing measures for implementing, the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010, on controlling administrative procedures;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 92/2017/ND-CP dated August 7, 2017, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the decrees concerning control of administrative procedures;

At the proposal of the Director of the Non-Governmental Organizations Department;

The Minister of Home Affairs promulgates the Circular partially repealing regulations of the Minister of Home Affairs’ Circular No. 04/2020/TT-BNV dated October 13, 2020, detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 93/2019/ND-CP of November 25, 2019, on the organization and operation of social funds and charity funds.

Article 1. Partially repealing regulations of the Minister of Home Affairs’ Circular No. 04/2020/TT-BNV dated October 13, 2020, detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 93/2019/ND-CP of November 25, 2019, on the organization and operation of social funds and charity funds

To repeal Article 2, Article 3 of the Minister of Home Affairs’ Circular No. 04/2020/TT-BNV dated October 13, 2020, detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 93/2019/ND-CP of November 25, 2019, on the organization and operation of social funds and charity funds.

Article 2. Implementation provision

1. This Circular takes effect from February 01, 2024.

2. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, chairpersons of the People’s Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities, social funds, charity funds, and related organizations and individuals shall implement this Decree.
