Resolution No. 830/2009/UBTVQH12 of October 17, 2009, amending and supplementing the National Assembly Standing Committee’s  Resolution No. 295/2007/NQ-UBTVQH12 of September 28, 2007, promulgating the Export Tariff according to the List of dutiable commodity groups and the duty rate bracket for each commodity group and the Preferential Import Tariff according to the List of dutiable commodity groups and the preferential duty rate bracket for each commodity group, and Resolution No. 710/2008/NQ-UBTVQH12 of November 22, 2008, amending and supplementing Resolution No. 295/2007/NQ-UBTVQH12

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which was amended and supplemented under Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10;

Pursuant to Law No. 30/2001/QH10 on Organization of the National Assembly, which was amended and supplemented under Law No. 83/2007/QH11;

Pursuant to Law No. 45/2005/QH11 on Import Duty and Export Duty;

RESOLVES:

Article 1

1. To amend and supplement the duty rate brackets of a number of commodity groups in the Export Tariff according to the List of dutiable commodity groups and the duty rate bracket for each commodity group, promulgated together with the National Assembly Standing Committee’s Resolution No. 710/2008/NQ-UBTVQH12 of November 22, 2008, into the duty rate brackets of a number of commodity groups in the Export Tariff according to the List of dutiable commodity groups and the duty rate bracket for each commodity group promulgated together with this Resolution.

2. To amend the duty rate bracket of commodity group 02.01 in the Preferential Import Tariff according to the List of dutiable commodity groups and the preferential duty rate bracket for each commodity group, promulgated together with the National Assembly Standing Committee’s Resolution No. 295/2007/NQ-UBTVQH12 of September 28, 2007, into the duty rate bracket of commodity group 02.01 in the Preferential Import Tariff according to the List of dutiable commodity groups and the preferential duty rate bracket for each commodity group promulgated together with this Resolution.

Article 2. This Resolution takes effect on December 1, 2009.
