THE GOVERNMENT
Resolution No. 56/NQ-CP dated  June 30, 2016 of the Government on renewal of limited visa exemption for citizens from such countries as United Kingdom, France Republic, Federal Republic of Germany, Kingdom of Spain and Italian Republic
 
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on Immigration, Emigration, Transit and Residence of foreigners in Vietnam dated June 16, 2014;
Upon the request of the Minister of Public Security,
 
RESOLVES
 
Article 1. to renew for one more year, through the end of June 30, 2017, the limited visa exemption for citizens from such countries as United Kingdom, France Republic, Federal Republic of Germany, Kingdom of Spain and Italian Republic upon immigration to Vietnam with the temporary resident period of fewer than 15 days from the entry date, irrespective of passport types and immigration purposes, on the basis of their fulfillment of regulatory requirements set out in Vietnamese laws.
Article 2. The Resolution takes effect on the signing date.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of Ministerial-level agencies, Government bodies, and Presidents of the People’s Committees of centrally-affiliated cities or provinces shall implement this Resolution./.
