RESOLUTION
On adjustments to the 2026 Legislative Programme

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which has a number of articles amended and supplemented under Resolution No. 203/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to Law No. 57/2014/QH13 on Organisation of the National Assembly, which has a number of articles amended and supplemented under Law No. 65/2020/QH14 and Law No. 62/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to Law No. 64/2025/QH15 on Promulgation of Legal Documents, which has a number of articles amended and supplemented under Law No. 87/2025/QH15;
Considering the Government’s Report No. 303/TTr-CP of May 21, 2026; the Supreme People’s Court’s Report No. 299/TTr-TANDTC of May 19, 2026; and the Standing Body of the Legal and Judicial Affairs Committee’s Report No. 292/BC-UBPLTP16 of June 4, 2026,
RESOLVES:
Article 1. To adjust the 2026 Legislative Programme
1. To add the draft (revised) Law on Organisation of Criminal Investigation Bodies to the 2026 Legislative Programme for submission to the National Assembly for opinion and passage at the 2nd session (October 2026).
2. To add the draft Resolution on judge protection regimes to the 2026 Legislative Programme for submission to the National Assembly Standing Committee for opinion and adoption at the 6th session (September 2026).
Article 2. Organisation of implementation
To assign submitting agencies, agencies in charge of verification, agencies participating in verification, and schedule for submission to the National Assembly Standing Committee for opinion on the drafts of laws and resolutions that are added to the 2026 Legislative Programme as follows:

Article 3. Effect
This Resolution takes effect on the date of its adoption.
This Resolution was adopted on June 5, 2026, by the 16th National Assembly Standing Committee of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.-
